These terms set out the rules for using the NBX Media website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who runs the site

The site is run by NBX Sp. z o.o., Aleje Jerozolimskie 181 B, 02-222 Warsaw, Poland, NIP/TIN 7011088479. Contact: support@nextblockexpo.com.

2. What the site is for

The site presents NBX Media and its supplement offers to affiliates and media buyers. It is a business to business site. It is not a shop and you cannot buy products here.

Registration, login and cooperation with us as an affiliate take place on our partner platform (TrackNow). Cooperation is governed by the separate terms you accept when you register there. In case of any conflict, those terms prevail over these.

3. Technical requirements

To use the site you need a device with internet access and an up to date web browser with JavaScript enabled. Some features, such as the cookie settings, need your browser to allow local storage.

4. Rules of use

You may not use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms us or other users. In particular you may not try to break into the site or the server, overload it, scrape it in bulk or send harmful code.

5. Content on the site

The information about our offers, products and markets is general and may change at any time. It does not form an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Exact terms of cooperation, including available countries and offers, are given on the partner platform or agreed with us directly.

Nothing on the site is medical advice. Information about supplements is meant for affiliates promoting them, not as guidance for consumers.

6. Intellectual property

The NBX Media name, logo, texts, graphics and layout of the site belong to NBX Sp. z o.o. or are used under license. You may not copy them or use them for your own purposes without our written consent, except for normal browsing and sharing links to the site.

7. Links to other sites

The site links to other services, such as our partner platform. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not run.

8. Liability

We do our best to keep the site available and the information on it up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it will always work without breaks or errors. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damage caused by temporary unavailability of the site or by decisions made only on the basis of general information published here.

9. Complaints

If something on the site does not work as it should, write to support@nextblockexpo.com and describe the problem. We will reply within 14 days.

10. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

11. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms, for example when the site changes or the law requires it. The new version applies from the date it is published on this page. These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be settled by the court having jurisdiction over our registered office.
