Privacy policy

Last updated 8 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit the NBX Media website, why we collect it and what rights you have. We keep it short because the site itself collects very little.

1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is NBX Sp. z o.o., Aleje Jerozolimskie 181 B, 02-222 Warsaw, Poland, NIP/TIN 7011088479 ("NBX Media", "we", "us"). You can reach us about anything related to your data at support@nextblockexpo.com.

2. What data we collect

Technical data. When you open the site, our hosting server automatically records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you requested and the time of the request. This is standard for every website and we need it to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.

Analytics data. Only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to see how visitors use the site, for example which pages they open and how long they stay. Google Analytics works with pseudonymous identifiers and we do not use it to identify you personally.

Your cookie choice. We save your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask you again on every visit.

Emails. If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it and the content of your message.

The site has no sign up or contact form of its own. When you click Join now, Become a partner or Sign in, you go to the partner platform we use (TrackNow). Data you give there, such as during registration, is processed under the terms and privacy information shown on that platform.

3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

We process technical data to run the site and protect it against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We process analytics data to understand how the site is used and to improve it. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time in Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.

We process the content of your emails to answer you and, if you want to work with us, to talk about cooperation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to messages and taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

Server logs are kept for up to 12 months. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for 14 months. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser until you change it or clear your browser data. We keep emails for as long as needed to handle your matter and then for the time in which claims may arise under Polish law.

5. Who receives your data

We share data only with providers that help us run the site and work for us under data processing agreements. These are our hosting provider, our email provider and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited. We do not sell your data.

Google may process data in the United States. Such transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, write to support@nextblockexpo.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, or with the authority in the EU country where you live or work.

7. Do you have to give us your data

No. You can browse the site without accepting analytics cookies and without writing to us. Technical data is needed to display the pages, so without it the site cannot work.

8. Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
